Shipping policy
Globalcartzon only offer US and Canada Shipping Service for now. Shipping Charges are free on all orders on our platform. We are not responsible for any import or custom duties or taxes. We are only responsible for shipping order to the address indicated. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day(excluding Sundays and public holiday). Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking details via email or SMS. Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. US shipping time: 5-7 business days after dispatch. Canada shipping time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, of if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Globalcartzon is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Globalcartzon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon enquiry, Globalcartzon will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
