Globalcartzon (as applicable, “Globalcartzon,” “Company”, “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) provides its services (described below) to you through its websites located at www. globalcartzon.com (collectively, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, these” Terms”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms so you are aware of any revision to which you are bound and print a copy of these Terms for your records. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We may also notify you, either through the Services user interface, in an email notiﬁcation or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective for existing users no earlier than ten (10) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service.

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Platform (defined hereinafter). These Terms along with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform (“Privacy Policy”) and other policies (as may be notified/displayed/published on the Platform) constitutes the contract between the Users of this Platform and Company (collectively “Agreement”). By use of the Platform, Users agree to be bound by these Agreement as posted on the Platform from time to time.

Services Description: The Service is a technology platform that provides an online marketplace in which we list and sell our unique items (“Items”), and buyers can browse and purchase Items. Users who purchase Items through the Service are “Buyers,”. A user may be a Buyer. All purchases are made directly (and any contract for purchase and sale is) between the Buyer and us.

Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the conﬁdentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Globalcartzon of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. Globalcartzon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply Globalcartzon with this Section.

Modiﬁcations to Service: Globalcartzon reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Globalcartzon shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modiﬁcation, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

General Practices Regarding Use and Storage: You acknowledge that Globalcartzon may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. You agree that Globalcartzon has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that Globalcartzon reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Globalcartzon reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Mobile Services: When you access the Service through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain mobile services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all mobile services may work with all carriers or devices. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service must be in accordance with the usage rules established by your mobile device platform or service provider.

Taxes; Shipping Costs; Buyer Responsibility: Items purchased by and shipped to Buyers in locations across World may be subject to applicable state, provincial or local sales or use tax, privilege tax or similar transaction-based taxes (“State Tax”). The amount of Taxes is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the type of Items purchased, the Buyers designated delivery address, and/or the location of the us.

Buyers are responsible for paying the applicable purchase price for a purchased Item to the us, as well as any shipping costs (which are detailed in the Fee Policy) and paying applicable Taxes and/or duties associated with the purchase and sale of any Items through the Service.

Marketplace Collection; Taxes: Globalcartzon will collect Taxes from Buyers where we are legally obligated to do so, including (1) those states that have enacted legislation requiring marketplaces, like Globalcartzon, to collect Taxes, and (2) those states that have agreed to allow Globalcartzon to collect Taxes. In these states, the amount of Taxes collected will be submitted by Globalcartzon to the appropriate taxing authority.

Payments: Buyers may pay for Items using Paypal, credit card, or other payment methods. If you submit your payment information through the Service, then you authorize Globalcartzon to store that payment information and charge your payment method for any Item you purchase.

Prohibited Items: Globalcartzon prohibits the sale of any Item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.

Buyers: You are responsible for reading the full Item listing before placing an order.

Purchases: Buyers may purchase Items from our website. Once the order is placed by buyer, the sale transaction is binding on both us and Buyer, and returns, refunds, cancellations or retractions are allowed. Buyer can make online payment which are available at our website. Generally, we deliver orders in 10-15 working days, but in some circumstances it may take 15-30 working days.

TERMINATION

You agree that Globalcartzon, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any items or content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Globalcartzon believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Globalcartzon may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of these Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Globalcartzon may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and ﬁles in your account and/or bar any further access to such ﬁles or the Service. Further, you agree that Globalcartzon shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
